Karoline is a Human Resources subject matter expert. Karoline has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources function. Karoline leverages her upstream expertise and offshore experience to support clients and offer a tailored human resources approach to organizations. Karoline has led Human Resources departments for public and private organizations both domestic and internationally. She excels in human resources management, people strategy & M&A, operations, talent & performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition, organization development, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Karoline holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employee Relations with a minor in Compensation and Benefits from Pennsylvania State University.

Karoline’s Background
• Karoline has provided Human Resources subject matter expertise for many executives and management teams. Her projects have included HCM system implementations, organizational design, compensation structures and incentive plans, talent acquisition strategies, various employee development efforts, executive coaching, benefits plan review and selection, and workforce planning.
• Before she started as an Advisor, Karoline was Head of Human Resources at QuarterNorth Energy, recently acquired by Talos Energy a U.S. offshore oil and gas operator where she led all activities in human resources including talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits, and reward. In that role, she successfully divested 3 (GOM Shelf/ Arena-Commodore, Helix, and W&T) and separated 250 employees with various companies leading to the successful sale of QuarterNorth to Talos for almost $2.0B.
• Karoline spent over 10 years in the drilling industry in Human Resources and worked offshore in 2014 as a management trainee on the ultra deep-water drill ship in the US GOM for a year working for Noble drilling for Shell. She used that offshore experience to improve the policy and procedures that back-office departments would make and improve the impacts on frontline employees.
• After working offshore Karoline attended Pennsylvania State University and earned a Masters in Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employee Relations with a minor in Compensation and Benefits.
• Karoline has assisted in the system implementation of Workday HCM, Oracle HCM, UKG Ready and other recruitment and expense management software's.
